What topics are explored in advanced classes?
We explore Portuguese history, politics, society, arts, literature, cinema, and contemporary issues. Classes include debates, presentations, literary analysis, and discussions of current events.
Can I earn certificates or credits?
We provide certificates of completion for our courses. While we don't offer university credits, we can prepare you for official CAPLE exams which are internationally recognized.
How small are advanced group classes?
Advanced groups typically have 4-6 students maximum. This ensures deep discussions, individual attention, and plenty of speaking time for everyone.
Do you organize immersion experiences?
Yes! We organize Portuguese immersion days, visits to cultural sites, attendance at Portuguese theater or cinema, meetings with Portuguese professionals, and other immersive experiences.
What if I want to pursue both C1 and C2 certification?
We can support you through both levels! Many students work toward C1 first, then continue to C2. We'll create a roadmap for your certification goals and timeline.
